Meeting the general income eligibility guidelines does not automatically mean that the Non-Profit Law Office of America, Inc. agrees to accept your case. Also, the income guidelines are subject to change.
HOW MUCH DO LEGAL SERVICES COST?
The current client contribution structure is as follows:
Some clients pay no fees for some types of legal services.
However, we believe that when clients contribute to the costs and expenses of their legal services, the clients are further engaged as partners in their cases.
Some clients pay a one-time flat below market rate fee for some types of legal services at the beginning of their case.
Some clients pay fees determined by a sliding scale based on the clients’ household incomes and other possible factors for some types of legal services.
